- Description:
- Hinge, strap, iron. Single knuckle, formed around cylinder, wrapped over and welded probably on back. Three round holes, one in the spear point, the other two are in main strap. Stock tapers in height from 0.13" to 0.5" at end; thicker area before it expands into decorative spear-point end, which is thinner. Some evidence of peening over of stock on back side around edges of holes. Knuckle hole 0.43" diam.
