- Description:
- Wrought iron strap hinge. Hinge area rolled over onto front surface but not welded. Strap tapers in height from hinge to bean end. Eight holes punched into strap from near hinge into bean. Fairly evenly spaced. Second and third hole are slightly above and slightly below center line respectively. Slight chamfer along edges to a point very close to bean end. On back is flattened material from holes being punched and extra stock hammered flat.
