- Description:
- Punch, ticket, steel. Two short curved handles joined together at pivot point by flathead slotted screw. Beyond pivot, two straight arms with rounded ends, slightly convex top and bottom, flat sides and interior surfaces. Bottom arm has short stub that protrudes upward with keyhole-shaped male cutting blade. Blade passes through female keyhole-shape slot in a depression in top arm. Bottom handle has curved wire finger loop that is 0.84" inside diameter. Ends of loop attached to handle on inside. Finger loop wire diameter: 0.09". Punch still functions.
