- Loop, iron with handle. Long oval wooden handle with increasing taper from back to front. Iron tang inserted into handle, with elongated, thin, iron loop at front. Long metal loop made with round cross-section wire on either side, joined at front to form small point, not sharp. Tang and loop all forged from same piece of metal.
