- Bible box. Rectangular wooden box with hinged cover and finger joints. Applied moldings around cover and bottom, mitered at corners. Convex cover. Iron hinges. Cover lined with marbled paper. Remnants of same paper in remainder of box. Metal lock replaced with piece of wood. Original finish stripped.
