- Mortar.Turned wood, with ring. Medium brown, fine-grained hardwood. Roughly cylindrical shaped with concave sides. Turned band decoration near top edge. Two small turned grooves near bottom of concave side and three turned bands at foot. Four holes in bottom of foot that were probably used in the turning process. Surface is mostly matte finish.
