- Description:
- Butter Scoop or Skimmer. Wood, carved. Medium tan, soft wood with fairly fine grain. Bowl is carved out in a shallow oval with a flattened side which is slightly thicker than the rest and acts as a handle. Opposite handle, edge is much thinner and somewhat flat. Shaped like a large clam shell. Some light areas on back near side edges that are slightly flattened perhaps due to its use.
